Be warned! Driver may try to cheat you!
I called to arrange a cab from plaistow to london city airport the day before travel. I told the guy in the office who answered how many passengers and how much luggage we had and was quoted £10.
Early the next morning the driver arrived and while going there said he would be charging £15 for the journey, when I argued he said the guy in the office were wrong in the price.
I found this completely unacceptable.
I have been a loyal customer of this company but will never be using them again. An UBER would have been half the price. I am very disappointed in this service and would NOT recommend using them especially for airport journeys.
