I only gave it a 1 star because of the reception I got when I walked up to the desk. I visited on 9th August 2025 @ 11.19am. I approached the desk and said good morning, the young person muttered something under his breath and sat back with his hands folded across his chest signalling that he didn't want to talk to me. I repeated the hello again but he just did not step up his customer handling skills. I asked him questions about my membership and he asked me my name. He looked for my name and said he couldn't find it. I spelt it out again and he just kept getting the letters wrong even though I was speaking clearly. In the end, the Duty Manager sitting next to him gave me a piece of paper to write my name on and then he took over the search and found it straight away. The Duty Manager saved the day and the Centre is FANTASTIC!!!
